3. Service Refunds

3.1 Service Interruptions

If our services are unavailable for a continuous period exceeding 24 hours due to technical issues on our end, you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund or credit for the affected period. This does not apply to:

  • Scheduled maintenance that was communicated in advance

  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, acts of terrorism, etc.)

  • Issues caused by your equipment or misuse

  • Third-party service interruptions beyond our control

3.2 Service Quality Issues

If you experience persistent service quality issues (such as frequent disconnections or significantly reduced speeds) that we are unable to resolve within 7 business days after you report them, you may be eligible for a partial refund or credit for the affected period.

3.3 Unused Prepaid Services

For prepaid services that you have not utilized, refunds may be issued according to the following schedule:

  • Within 7 days of payment: Full refund minus applicable administrative fees

  • Between 8-30 days of payment: 50% refund

  • After 30 days: No refund

4. Equipment Returns and Refunds

4.1 Defective Equipment

If equipment provided by us proves to be defective within 30 days of installation, we will replace it at no additional cost. If we cannot provide a replacement within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a refund of the equipment cost.

4.2 Unwanted Equipment

For equipment purchased from us that you no longer want:

  • Must be returned within 7 days of purchase

  • Must be in original packaging and in unused condition

  • Must include all accessories and documentation

  • A restocking fee of 15% may apply

4.3 Return Process for Equipment

To return equipment:

  2. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

  3. Return the equipment to the address provided by our customer service

  4. Include the RMA number on the package

5. Installation and Setup Fees

5.1 Failed Installation

If our technician is unable to complete the installation due to technical limitations on our end, any installation fees paid will be fully refunded.

5.2 Cancelled Installation

  • If you cancel the installation at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment: Full refund

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment: 50% refund

  • If our technician arrives and you refuse installation: No refund

6. Plan Changes and Cancellations

6.1 Plan Upgrades

If you upgrade your service plan, any unused portion of your current plan will be credited toward the new plan.

6.2 Plan Downgrades

If you downgrade your service plan, adjustments will be made on your next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

6.3 Service Cancellation

If you cancel your service:

  • Within the first 30 days of service (satisfaction guarantee period): Full refund minus usage charges

  • After 30 days but within a contract period: Early termination fees apply as per the service agreement

  • After contract period: No refund for the current billing period

7. One-Time Services

For one-time services (such as special installations or repairs):

  • Cancellation at least 24 hours before scheduled service: Full refund

  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before scheduled service: 50% refund

  • Cancellation after technician arrival: No refund

8. Promotional Offers and Discounts

Refunds for services or equipment purchased with promotional offers or discounts will be based on the actual amount paid, not the regular price.

9. Payment of Refunds

9.1 Refund Method

Refunds will generally be issued using the original payment method:

  • Credit/debit card payments will be refunded to the same card

  • Bank transfers will be refunded to the originating account

  • Cash payments will be refunded via check or bank transfer

9.2 Refund Processing Time

  • Credit/debit card refunds: 5-10 business days

  • Bank transfers: 7-14 business days

  • Other methods: Up to 30 business days

10. Exclusions

10.1 Non-Refundable Items

The following are typically non-refundable:

  • Late payment fees

  • Collection fees

  • One-time activation fees (after service activation)

  • Special order equipment or services

10.2 Misuse of Service

No refunds will be issued if the service is terminated due to violation of our Terms and Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you believe you are entitled to a refund that has been denied, you may:

  2. If still unresolved, submit a formal complaint to info@sscbpl.in with all relevant details

  3. If necessary, pursue resolution through consumer protection authorities or legal channels
